Mind Clarity Works LLC operates mindclarityworks.com. We publish educational and self-awareness materials. We are not a medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapy provider and we do not keep patient or treatment records.

We only collect information you type into a form on this site. Depending on the form, that may include your email address, and for inquiry forms your name, organization, and the message you write. We also record which page the request came from and whether you asked for optional marketing updates.

If you request your Mind Clarity Index™ profile by email, we store your email address, the request type, and a short summary of your result (your clarity level, and which category is currently steadiest and which is your area to practice). We do not store your individual question answers alongside your email address.

Our hosting and infrastructure providers process standard technical request data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps in order to serve and secure the site. This site does not currently run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling cookies. If that changes, this policy and any required consent notice will be updated first.

You can take the Mind Clarity Index™ without giving us an email address. Your answers are processed in your browser to produce your result. We do not need or keep an answer-by-answer record tied to your identity.

An account is optional. If you create one, we store an internal user identifier, your email address, an optional display name, timestamps, and a record of which products your account has access to. We do not collect health, symptom, or diagnostic information, and account data is not used to infer anything clinical about you.

If you choose to save a Mind Clarity Index™ result to your account, we store only the summary: the date, the adjusted score, the level, and which category was steadiest and which was your area to practice. Individual answers are never saved. You can delete any saved result from your account at any time.

We use what you submit to respond to your request, to record waitlist and update requests, to answer organizational and licensing inquiries, and to keep basic records of consent. We do not sell personal information.

Requested results and inquiry responses are separate from marketing. We only add you to general marketing updates when you ask for them, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

We rely on third-party providers for website hosting, application infrastructure, and database storage. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and contractual terms. Where an email delivery provider is added in the future, this section will name that category of processing before it goes live.

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle the request and to maintain a record of consent, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete what you submitted and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

You can decline to submit any form and still use the site and the Mind Clarity Index™. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, and you can ask to be removed from update lists. Contact us using the details below.

We use reasonable technical measures to protect submitted data, including server-side handling and access-restricted storage. No website or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal or health information through these forms.

This site is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will remove it.

Mind Clarity Works LLC operates from the United States. If you access the site from elsewhere, information you submit may be processed in the United States or in other countries where our providers operate.

We may update this policy as the platform develops. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version.
